We have 100  3 x 3 panels available (now and expect more in the near future), enough to make a  30 x 30 (900 sq. foot) dancing surface of all Versa Panels.  However, we ordered the 3 x 3 size so that we could combine them with the black or white plexiglass panels in stunning combinations that are less costly than an all Versa Floor selection. 

The Versa panels are the most versatile panels available to date.  We can insert your company logo or other designs under the clear plastic top layer to make these panels "theme" your event at the floor level.

These panels are much more costly as you would expect a luxury item of this caliber to be.  We must be more particular about which venues these floors are suited for. 

We will not install them outdoors, unless in a fully enclosed tent with sub flooring.  We will not install them where they will be subject to sand or gravel which would destroy the surface.

But, where these floors are best suited, indoors, they bring a level of class and dazzle unlike any other  dance floor you have ever seen.

As a luxury item they  may not be suitable for everyone or every event.  

For those who absolutely have to have the utmost in style and quality, there is nothing better than the Versa Floor. 

What you need to know:

• Ordering this highly specialized floor requires more lead time than our other floors. 
  
  
• If you wish to have your company logo or other images used in some of the panels, you must obtain the dimensions and have these reproduced to specification and delivered to Hayden Portable Dance floors at least 3 working days in advance of installation.  OR:
  
  
• For an extra fee, depending on the kind of logo and the costs associated with having us get the graphics made for you, we can take care of all those details if you provide the logo or images you wish to have reproduced.  A non-refundable fee for this work must be with Hayden Portable Dance Floors at least 10 days prior to the installation and is a separate cost from the floor rental itself.
