Delivery Information and Scheduling

As you can imagine, we need some place to park our delivery truck that is very close to the delivery entrance to the building.  We need access to this space so it is best to schedule delivery when we are the only vehicle that will require that space.

Also, the panels are heavy.  We prefer to have access to elevator or utility elevators where possible.  Stairs can be a challenge so we must know the layout of access when you schedule your delivery.

If the building is unoccupied, someone must be there  to let us in.

Always give us a contact phone number in case of any problems and let us know in advance of any time changes so that where possible, we can reschedule and will not be left waiting for access any longer than is unavoidable.
